CES 2022 was a mixture of in-person and digital experiences this year as Omicron COVID-19 cases began rising worldwide during the holiday season. Many companies, such as Verizon, T-Mobile, Amazon, GM and Amazon, decided to pull out ahead of the event, while others, such as Intel, Samsung and Sony, limited their presence and chose to do announcements via live stream only.
